**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop design concepts and layouts based on client requirements.
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings, 3D renders, and presentation boards.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors throughout project execution.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting elements.
- Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation aligns with approved plans.
- Prepare BOQs, mood boards, and cost estimates when required.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables with attention to detail.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design / Architecture.
- 0-2 years of professional experience in residential or commercial interior design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray/Lumion, and MS Office.
- Strong understanding of design trends, materials, and space planning.
- Excellent communication, visualization, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
