**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Transactions**: Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- **Cash Handling**: Manage cash transactions, including handling cash, credit, and debit card payments.
- **Billing**: Generate invoices and receipts for customers' purchases.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and assisting with jewelry selections.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels.
- **Security**: Adhere to security procedures to prevent theft and ensure a safe shopping environment.
- **End-of-Day Reconciliation**: Balance cash registers at the end of each shift and ensure all transactions are accounted for.
- **Assist in Visual Merchandising**: Support the team in maintaining attractive displays and arranging merchandise as needed.
- **Adherence to Policies**: Follow company policies and procedures regarding sales, returns, and exchanges.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in cashiering, billing, or customer service roles preferred.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with POS systems and basic accounting principles.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate billing and transactions.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- **Integrity**: Trustworthy and reliable, with a commitment to upholding ethical standards.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
