Vehicle integration experience for Construction Equipment Vehicles / Automotive vehicles, collaborating with various core competency teams for finalizing the machine layout
- Possess good command over design and selection of Engine components like Air induction system, Cooling package, Exhaust system, Fuel system, Fan Selection
- Experience on Engine & engine subsystem packaging must
- Should able understand and perform the heat load pressure drop calculations
- Good knowledge about appropriate selection of Air induction, CAC hoses and fittings based on required pressure ratings.
- Well conversant with different ISO standards while designing cooling layout.
- Basic knowledge on AVM selection
- Should have a knowledge of good practices for hose routings and layouts.
- Support failure root cause analyses and resolution through visits to fields, vendors & assembly lines for Pavers & compactors.
- Collaborate with Design Analysis, Simulation, and vehicle integration team with input data for carrying out installation simulation.
- Should work in a team for timely delivery of the projects.
- To get involved with suppliers to manage selection, modification, and assembly of selected components for proto trials.
- Discuss and come up with a Engine system validation plan for proposed solution and execute the test requests.
- Taking approvals for fitment and assembly from external agencies and document the same
- Knowledge of Engineering design processes like NPD stage gate process is preferred
- Should work in a team for timely delivery of the projects
- Carry-out engineering deliverables per AMMANN Design Guidelines and World class product development needs
- Software competencies in Inventor 2017, AutoCAD 2017, SAP & SAP PLM.
- Good communication skills with fluent in English

Qualification & Experience
- Degree in Engineering
- Good understanding of costing and able to manage build and budget costs with basic knowledge of production processes, ability to relate to construction equipment is highly desirable
- Must be able to convert conceptual ideas into finished products.
- Exposure to working in a multinational, multicultural organization
- Exposure to field/customer requirement & dealing with OEMs is desirable
- Proficient in 3D CAD software (Autodesk Inventor)
- Hands on experience in PLM / Team-Centre
- Experience leading / owning project deliverables on time
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively
- Maintaining quality and standards during daily work
- Achieve deliverables as per given Timeline

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
