Branch In-charge

A branch head is in charge of the overall operation of the branch. He/She serves as a leader to team of associates
- Demonstrates and reinforces excellent customer service to promote a positive customer orientation in the branch and ensure efficient, quality service.
- Maintain customer and employee contact on the work area to ensure that quality service is being applied.
- Conduct performance evaluation of his or her team associates and encourages them to do better in the office.
- The branch Head creates a program that could help his or her associates in doing a better job and actively participates in it.Set standards when it comes to giving satisfaction to customers.
- Manage and monitors all areas of branch operations to ensure compliance with Anoos systems, operating procedures and policies, and maintain consistent scores.
- Manage expenses against budget and maintains continual awareness of expense/loss control to ensure effective management of expenses.
- Retention of existing clients and making sure new clients join at regular basis.
- Recommend/suggest product purchases to customers to maximize product sale and
- ensure clients are using the right product as per their requirement.
- Maintain equipment and reinforce clinic/salon cleanliness and appearance to ensure a positive customer perception.
- Manage and monitor all computer reports and functions to ensure accurate customer
- records are maintained and required reports are available when needed.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
