**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Relations**:

- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
- Manage reservations, ensuring accurate scheduling and optimal seating arrangements.
- Handle guest inquiries, both in person and over the phone, providing clear and helpful information.
- Address guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating to management when necessary.
- **Client Management**:

- Maintain a high standard of customer service to ensure a positive experience.
- Build rapport with regular customers, remembering preferences and special requests.
- Coordinate with service staff to ensure guests’ needs are met during their visit.
- **Operational Support**:

- Monitor and manage waitlists, ensuring smooth flow and mínimal wait times.
- Collaborate with kitchen and wait staff to track order flow and seating.
- Support the overall organization of the restaurant by keeping the reception area clean and organized.
- **Communication and Coordination**:

- Ensure clear communication between guests, front-of-house, and kitchen staff.
- Relay messages and requests between guests and appropriate departments.
- Assist with coordinating special events and private bookings when necessary.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Manage the restaurant’s reservation system and update guest details as needed.
- Ensure accurate guest data entry into the system.
- Handle cash, credit, and other payment transactions when needed.

**Required Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a restaurant.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with reservation and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Knowledge of local events, restaurants, and attractions to assist guests with inquiries.
