**Responsibility**:

- Ensure service standards as per company process & policies for the respective sites
- Ensure & carry out within turnaround time complaint call attending and resolution for the respective sites.
- Timely visit, carry out & manage preventive maintenance for the respective assigned sites as per process.
- Develop customer relationship and ensure timely billing & payment clearance as per process. Ensuring zero penalty against billing for the respective assigned sites.
- Planning and arranging required material for the respective assigned sites.
- Carry out and ensure timely repair work as per process and policy.
- Timely report sharing daily/weekly etc as per policy.
