Ensuring implementation of 5S activities on the shop floor and QA lab
- Inspecting various finished products and intermediate as per specifications and test methods laid out in master files.
- Coordinating with production in case of deviations w.r.t completion of batches, recording details of the same and ensuring that these do not recur in subsequent batches.
- Providing in process inspection for better quality
- Analysis of traceability, 5S, rating of DPN, Rating of DPR, 8D analysis of defects.
- Handling customer complaints.Control of dept manual
- Ensure QMS process compliance with ISO 9001:2008 requirement.
- Creating & managing the documents and Respiratory protection certification related to ISI, CE & NIOSH
- Review QMS through quarterly internal audits, Outsourcing supplier audits, management review meetings, etc.
- Review internal audit reports, NCs, Corrective/Preventive actions of all branches and co-ordinate with all RMs.
- Ensure promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization through meetings, trainings.
- Responsible for weekly summary report to RMs and Management to provide weekly health of projects in form of Early Warning System

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
