Oversee end-to-end *production operations* within the têxtile unit, ensuring timely and quality output.
- Develop, implement, and monitor *production plans, schedules, and targets*.
- Manage *liaisoning activities* with government bodies, industry associations, and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and safety regulations.
- Supervise and lead the production team to achieve productivity goals.
- Monitor quality control processes and reduce wastage.
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and clients for smooth operational flow.
- Maintain MIS reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Drive cost efficiency, process improvements, and innovation in production. Requirements
- Graduate / Postgraduate in *Textile Engineering / Production Management* or equivalent.
- *10+ years of experience* in têxtile production management.
- Strong knowledge of *fabric production processes* (preferably velvet/têxtile finishing).
- Excellent **liaisoning skills** with government and external agencies.
- Ability to lead teams, delegate tasks, and handle multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (preferred). What We Offer
