**About the Role**:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Screen Printing Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Screen Printing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the production process, ensuring high-quality prints and efficient workflow.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Preparation**:

- Prepare screens for printing by coating with emulsion and exposing them to light.
- Mix and prepare ink colors as needed.
- **Printing**:

- Operate screen printing machines to print designs onto various substrates (e.g., garments, paper, plastic).
- Monitor the printing process to ensure consistent quality and accuracy.
- Clean and maintain printing equipment.
- **Post-Production**:

- Inspect printed items for defects and quality control.
- Package and label finished products for shipping.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in screen printing is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Skills**:

- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Basic understanding of color theory and printing techniques.
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
- **Attitude**:

- Positive and can-do attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques.
- Team player with strong communication skills.

**To Apply**:
Pay: ₹165,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
