BeeperMD looking for passionate English speaking MedTech Relationship Executives who are fluent enough to have conversations with US Med Techs.

**Roles & Responsibilities:

- **

1. Interface with US Med Techs via inbound/Outbound calls and chat.

2. Excellent verbal Skills in English Languages.

3. Maintain relationships with techs

4. Get and schedule Availability 90% or more

5. Handle and resolve issues with techs

6. Maintain zero escalation

7. Clarify Med Tech requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problems.

1. English Fluency level: Fluent.

2. Immediate joiners will be given first preference

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills In English.

4. Flexible with a 24/7 Environment.

5. Experience with International BPO in voice/chat process will be a plus point.

**Shift: Rotational Shift(24*7) and 5 Days working.**

**Job Location: Should be willing to relocate to Chandigarh. we don't provide work from home opportunity**

**English (mandatory)**

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
