- **Research and Project Support**: Conducting research, assisting with projects, and coordinating with other teams.
- **Travel Arrangements**:Booking flights, accommodations, and other travel-related arrangements.
- **Meeting Organization**: Setting up and coordinating meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared.
- **Skills and Qualifications**:_
- **Strong organizational skills and time management**: Essential for managing complex schedules and priorities.
- **Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)**: Crucial for interacting with executives, colleagues, and external contacts.
- **Proficiency in office software**: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Zoom, Microsoft Teams and other relevant tools.
- **Ability to handle confidential information**:Maintaining discretion and professionalism.
- **Problem-solving skills**: Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- **Qualification**:12th/ Graduate
- **Experience**:2 to 3 years
