**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound and inbound calls to potential customers and introduce them to our Vastu courses.
- Engage customers in a friendly and professional manner to build rapport.
- Provide detailed information about our courses and answer customer inquiries.
- Identify and qualify leads to generate new opportunities.
- Follow up with customers to maintain relationships and close sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and engage customers over the phone.
- Persuasive and confident with a positive attitude.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree, diploma, or equivalent (preferred).
