**A Day in the Life**:Our Global Diabetes Capability Center in Pune is expanding to serve more people living with diabetes globally. Our state-of-the-art facility is dedicated to transforming diabetes management through innovative solutions and technologies that reduce the burden of living with diabetes
As the Customer Service Rep II, you will be responsible for reviewing the documents and verify them against the US Healthcare insurance policy prior to the products being shipped.
**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned**:
- Attend training sessions and develop self-capabilities on an ongoing basis.
- Customer satisfaction to recognize timelines and qualities in published output.
- Timely and high-quality completion of cases, according to established objectives
- Support internal systems, methods, and procedures to maintain compliance.
- Understanding of client KPI & CPI requirements
- Ensures all records and documents maintained as per organizational requirements.
- Leave management policy.
- Importance of login hours and schedule adherence
- Contribution in ideas of process improvement
**Required Knowledge and Experience**:
- US Healthcare experience required.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience, relevant to the role, is required.
- This role will require the employee to work in US shift.
