**Job responsibilities**
- Meet personal and team admission targets using various customer sales methods (Inbound, Referrals, Outbound, presentations, networking etc).
- Contact potential students to inform them about relevant program using scripts to provide Information about program features and their benefits.
- Cold call people using a given database to enroll students and ensuring recording & updating the details in the CRM
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the student’s requirements and evaluate potential student’s skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objectionsCollaborate with team to achieve better results.

**Job knowledge**
- Proven counselling and BD experience
- Track record of over-achieving targets

**Education Qualification & Experience**
- Graduation in any field.
- 2 to 6 years

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Shift allowance

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sohna(Gurgaon), Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
