Key responsibilities: 

Manage the end to end - weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual consolidation and

analysis of APAC internal group and regional reporting (including but not limited to):

- Monthly/Bi-weekly (Bookings and Sales Flash, COGNOS reporting declaration

(Submission 1&2))
- Quarterly (Quarterly reporting pack, Quarterly Forecasting)
- Annually (Annual reporting pack, Budgeting) 

Deliver on time report consolidation and regional deadlines met at APAC level. 

Regular communication with local FP&A team relating to monthly book closure, issues

and deliverables. 

Communication with Group FP&A team to ensure compliance with information

requests and reporting standards 

Own and drive through developing finance and business presentations, related

supporting materials. 

Monitor performance indicators, highlight trends and analyze causes of unexpected

variance. 

Drive alignment of region reporting activity using core system and ERP tools. 

Identify opportunities and drive process improvements /simplification projects to help

with efficient operating mechanisms in the business and better quality of financial data

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's Degree in accounting, 3-5 years of relevant accounting and work

experience 

Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including

Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and IFRS requirements. 

Understanding of accounting processes, procedure and internal controls 

Experience of ERP (preferably IFS) systems, reporting and consolidation tools

(COGNOS)and advanced spreadsheet (Excel) skills 

Working experience in MNC preferred 

Meticulous & Attention for detail in the analysis process 

Effective Communication Skills (Written & Verbal). 

Ability to adapt quickly and learn new tasks independently 

Ability to produce accurate analysis in accordance with exacting standards and tight

deadlines. 

Strong time management and prioritization skills. 

Strong team working 

Ready to work in 'deadline' environment with multiple stakeholders
