Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive (Female)
Reports to: Managing Director
Type of position: Intern
Type: Full-time
Duration: 3 months
Interacts with: Owners, Employees, Supervisors, and Clients

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
We are looking for highly motivated individuals with a sales orientation. We have an in-house training program for people who do not have a real estate background.

Marketing Executive: The role involves showcasing and advising clients to invest in residential project. This involves clients management i.e she need to get in touch with the clients which company provides and suggest the properties which suits their requirement.

Role & Responsibilities
- Connecting with the live customer leads given by the company and network with Registered & New Clients.
- Managing client query on phone & convert tele-conversation into a personal meeting.
- Providing best possible solution to customer.
- Good Communication is Must.
- Follow-Up after visits and ensuring Closures
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
- Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
- Develop content for sales presentations, sales pitch.
- Accompany buyers during visits to and inspection of property, and advise them on the suitability and value of the property they are visiting.
- Taking feedback from client and reporting, providing suggestion & discussion for improvement
- Provide periodic reports to company management on sales operations
- Investigate clients’ financial and credit status to determine eligibility for financing.
- Act as intermediary liaising between company and prospective buyers to facilitate property deals
- Nurturing the clients for the final closure before meeting MD
- Monitor the property market to identify individuals with interest in property

Education, Experience, Requirements:

- Any Graduate, diploma, or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred
- Freshers are welcome
- Open for internship
