**Position**: Dance Teacher
**Location**: KMMS, Mathura
**Department**: Performing Arts
**Reports to**: Head of Performing Arts/School Principal

**Role Overview**:
The Dance Teacher is responsible for delivering engaging and dynamic dance lessons to students of various age groups, fostering creativity, physical fitness, and an appreciation for the performing arts. The role includes curriculum planning, choreography, and preparing students for performances.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver dance lessons across various styles (e.g., classical, contemporary, folk) for students in the primary and secondary wings.
- Develop lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and enhance students' skills in dance and movement.
- Teach dance techniques, choreography, and performance skills, ensuring the development of students' creativity and self-expression.
- Prepare students for school performances, competitions, and special events.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
- Monitor and evaluate students' progress, providing constructive feedback and encouragement.
- Organize and participate in extra-curricular dance activities, workshops, and performances.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff for interdisciplinary projects and school events.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Dance, Performing Arts, or a related field.
- Professional experience in dance instruction and choreography.
- Knowledge of a wide range of dance styles and techniques.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students to develop a passion for dance.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in teaching dance at the school level.
- Experience in organizing and choreographing performances.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
