Strong experience on Demand, S&OP, Inventory optimization and Supply and Response

Subject matter expertise in Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Demand Planning, Supply planning, Sales & Operation Planning processes preferably with at least 2 end to end implementation experience with a client facing role.

Strong configuration and design skills required with 5 to 15 yrs experience

Demonstrated proficiency in IBP functionalities, including experience implementing allocation, availability.

Aware of multilevel IBP design.

Strong integration knowledge with APO, ECC and HANA

Sales and Operations planning functions, Technical leadership experience in architecting and collaborating with business process architect groups to develop efficient technical solutions in the areas of IBP and S&OP.

Expertise in optimizing stat forecast algorithms, product lifecycle management and other forecast automation tools.

Hands on development experience in configuring different S&OP operators (Forecast consumption, Supply planning heuristic).

Hands on Knowledge in configuring Supply Planning Optimizer.

Working with Customer Solutions analysts and business personnel to understand Supply Chain, Sales & Operations Planning (including production planning and scheduling), and IBP business processes and provide the technology to support these processes.

Providing best fit solution to design production planning and scheduling process, based on standard SAP IBP functionality. However, where necessary, customizing to fulfil the needs of the business should be also explored.

Consulting with ABAP developers and provide functional specs to develop customized solutions. Performing unit testing of changes (configuration, custom development, etc.) in development and staging environments, including regression testing of functionality that may be impacted by change.

Knowledge on DDMRP would be a added advantage.

Able to work independently and with others; self-directed; take initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks.
