**Job Summary**

We are seeking a **creative and detail-driven Interior Designer** with **2-5 years of experience**. The role involves **conceptualizing, space planning, 3D visualization, BOQ preparation, and on-site execution** for a wide range of projects. **Key Responsibilities**
- Handle interior design projects **from concept to completion**, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Understand client requirements and create **innovative layouts, elevations, and design presentations**.
- Prepare **mood boards, 3D renders, GFC drawings, and detailed working drawings**.
- Develop **cost estimates, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), and project timelines** in Excel.
- Research and source **furniture, finishes, décor elements, materials, lighting, and accessories**.
- Coordinate with **architects, consultants (MEP/structural), vendors, and contractors**.
- Conduct **regular site visits** to supervise project progress and ensure adherence to specifications.
- Stay updated on **latest interior design trends, tools, and materials**.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 2-5 years in **residential, commercial, or office interior design**.
- **Software Skills**: Proficiency in **AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Illustrator, Photoshop, and MS Excel**.
- **Design Skills**: Strong in **space planning, material selection, lighting design, custom furniture, and color theory**.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal & written communication skills for **client and vendor coordination**.
- **Project Management**: Ability to manage **multiple projects, budgets, and deadlines**.
