**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities:Sales & Lead Conversion**
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided lead lists or databases.
- Explain product features, certifications, and offers related to diamond jewellery.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and events.
- Convert enquiries into appointments or direct sales, maintaining high conversion rates.

**Client Relationship Management**
- Maintain a database of existing and potential clients using CRM software.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and preferences.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant jewellery collections and services.

**Product Knowledge**
- Stay updated with the latest trends in diamond jewellery, collections, and promotions.
- Confidently explain aspects like diamond grading (4Cs), craftsmanship, pricing, and customization options.

**Reporting & Targets**
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare daily call reports and maintain sales records.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and customer messaging.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1-3 years of telesales or customer service experience, preferably in luxury retail or jewellery.
- Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal skills and persuasive ability.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and basic office tools (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).
- Basic understanding of diamonds and jewellery is preferred (training will be provided).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Prior experience in luxury goods or high-end customer engagement.
- Sales-driven mindset with a customer-first approach.
