H.S Ahuja and associates is a nationally recognized high end interior firm working both the residential and commercial segments of the market. The firm projects range from renovation as well as new project design. The majority of the firms work is local but also has, many projects in other states. We are seeking in our office, who thrives fast paced environment, enjoys working with a team and wants to grow with the company. Our company is working at PAN India level and created successful numerous luxurious, houses, restaurants, hotels, schools and villas located all across India. We work complete start to finish. We involved in turnkey projects and we are not involved in high rise building projects.

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY**

1. Prepare conceptual design ideas and building interior drawings that address and meet exacting project functions of aesthetics and practically.

2. Analyze user (requirements) while participating in research, conceptual and development of designs.

3. Present & express architectural interior design ideas and planning by free hand sketches.

4. Work in a team and coordinate with other disciplines.

5. Prepare a complete set of construction drawings, documents, specification for architecture interior design and maintaining the company’s graphical standards for deliverables.

**CANDIDATE PROFILE**

1. Good knowledge of all aspects of architectural interior design.

2. Textures and material product selections.

3. Furniture, decorative lighting, equipment & window treatment product selections and specification.

4. Ergonomics.

5. Architectural interior lightning.

6. Sanitary fixtures, fitting, & accessory products.

7. Disability codes and applicability to layouts.

8. Materials sample boards.

**SKILLS**

1. Enthusiastic, inventive and imaginative bent of mind with positive work ethics and able of work in a demanding multidisciplinary work environment.

2. An intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Revit for architectural interior design concepts.

3. Excellent communication skills.

4. Excellent command in English language.

**EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE**

The interior architect is have the following educational qualifications.

1. B.ARCH, M.ARCH, BID, MID in architecture/ architectural interior or relevant degree.

2. 8 to 10 years of relevant experience with good level of technical competency.

3. Very good knowledge of primary software such as Revit, Sketchup,, autocad, Microsoft word, excel, power point.

4. Additional software knowledge such as Dynamo, lumion, photoshop, navis works is plus.

**Salary**: From ₹30,000.00 per month
