**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients or customers.
- **Product Knowledge**: Explain the features and benefits of products/services offered by the company.
- **Customer Queries**: Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide information on services, pricing, and product details.
- **Lead Generation**: Qualify leads, generate interest, and convert prospects into sales or further inquiries.
- **Data Entry**: Maintain and update customer records in the database.
- **Sales & Upselling**: Sell products or services, and upsell when appropriate based on customer needs.
- **Follow-up**: Follow up on leads and inquiries to close sales or resolve customer issues.
- **Customer Feedback**: Collect customer feedback and report issues or trends to the management.
- **Maintain Targets**: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call quotas and sales targets.
- **Complaint Resolution**: Address and resolve any customer complaints or concerns promptly.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth communication.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹25,471.50 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
