**Key Responsibilities**

As an **E-commerce Executive Intern**, you will be actively involved in supporting the e-commerce operations team to drive online sales and customer engagement. Your responsibilities may include:

- **Product Management**:

- Assisting in product listing, uploading, and updating details on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Shopify, etc.).
- Ensuring accurate product descriptions, pricing, and images.
- **Order & Inventory Management**:

- Monitoring stock levels and coordinating with the warehouse/operations team.
- Tracking and processing customer orders.
- **Sales & Marketing Support**:

- Assisting in creating and executing online promotions, campaigns, and offers.
- Coordinating with the digital marketing team for SEO, social media, and ads.
- **Customer Service**:

- Handling customer queries, reviews, and feedback.
- Ensuring timely response and resolution.
- **Data & Reporting**:

- Preparing daily/weekly sales and performance reports.
- Analyzing sales trends and suggesting improvements.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation/post-graduation in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
