Graphic Designer

**Job and Responsibilities**: - **Branding**:Developing the visual identity of the company, including logos, typography, and color schemes that convey the company’s values, mission, and style. - **Marketing materials**: Creating brochures, flyers, posters, and other marketing materials that promote the company’s products, services, and projects. These materials should be visually appealing, informative, and aligned with the company’s branding. - **Website design**: Developing and maintaining the company’s website, including the layout, graphics, and other visual elements. The website should be user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines. - **Social media**: Developing graphics and visual content for the company's social media channels, such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. The content should be engaging, shareable, and consistent with the company's branding. - **Presentations**: Creating visual aids and presentations for the company's sales team or executives. The designer should be able to translate complex data or information into easily understandable and visually appealing designs. - **Signage and wayfinding**: Developing signage and wayfinding graphics for the company's physical spaces, such as office buildings, construction sites, or showrooms. The designer should ensure that the graphics are clear, easy to read, and aligned with the company's branding. - Overall, the graphic designing experience in developer’s firm. - Strong analytical skills. - Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus - Familiarity with design software and technologies - Creative self sufficient and Concept - driven designer with strong working Knowledge of social media platforms : Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, Youtube etc. Illustrate concept by designing rough layout of art an copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts for all social media platforms. - Idealization, conceptualization, and production of Print collateral like leaflets, banners, posters, visiting cards, dockets, books, standees, marketing materials etc. - Working as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, other designers, account executives, web developers and marketing Head. - Ability to present ideas and create new designs. - We have a new role available for someone who thrives on variety, tight deadlines, demanding projects and never runs out of creative ideas. - Opportunity to get steady work-flow, if your work is appreciated by our team Photoshop, coreldraw, illustrator, indesign and other graphic designing softwares should be known. - Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software. - Projects include, but are not limited to: presentation and template design; package design, the design of branded/promotional items; brochure, mailers and various collateral design; logo design and/or refresh; signage design; invitation design; promotional videos. - We are recruiting farmers in residential areas, corporate offices, schools and colleges so everyone everywhere can get fresh produce from "someone they know" if you want to make sure that your family is healthy then "buy food from someone you know and saw it grow - Must have in-depth experience in understanding the importance of creative content that appeals to a digitally native audience across social platforms, Google, websites and other digital mediums. - Coordination with Project In charge / Director / Sales Team, for design approval from client and prepare the art work as per dimensions - An ability to provide innovative solutions and ideas for new projects. 4) Accuracy and attention to detail. 5) Ability to work in Team.
