Storeperson

Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management: Develop and implement inventory control procedures to maintain accurate stock levels.
Monitor inventory levels and initiate timely reordering of raw materials, packaging materials, and other supplies.
Conduct regular stock audits to minimize discrepancies and ensure inventory accuracy.
Coordinate with the purchasing department to forecast and plan for future inventory needs.

Store Operations:Oversee the day-to-day activities of the store, including receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming materials.
Ensure efficient organization and labeling of stock items for easy retrieval and accurate inventory tracking.
Collaborate with production and planning departments to schedule and prioritize material deliveries.
Coordinate with shipping and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch of finished goods to customers.

Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, including receipts, issues, and transfers.
Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and material consumption.
Provide regular updates to management on store performance, inventory status, and any operational challenges.

Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities to streamline store operations and improve efficiency.
Propose and implement process improvements to optimize inventory management and minimize costs.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in store management.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the pad manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and the ability to understand the material requirements.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data analysis.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with suppliers and vendors.

**Salary**: ₹9,379.61 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
