We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team. As a Digital Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement effective digital campaigns that align with overall marketing objectives
- Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform campaign strategies and tactics
- Support the management of social media accounts, including creating and scheduling social media posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics
- Assist in developing and implementing search engine optimization (SEO) strategies, including optimizing website content, conducting keyword research, and monitoring website traffic and rankings
- Assist in managing paid search campaigns (SEM), including creating ad copy, managing bids, and analyzing performance metrics
- Support the management of display advertising campaigns, including creating ad copy, designing creatives, and analyzing performance metrics
- Assist with analyzing campaign performance data and provide regular reports and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and make recommendations for continuous improvement

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field (preferred but not required)
- 0-1 years of experience in digital marketing or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
