**Global Markets - Client Onboarding - Business Intelligence Analyst - Bengaluru**

Operations is a dynamic, multi-faceted division that partners with all parts of the firm to provide banking, securities, and asset management services to clients around the world. In addition, Operations provides essential risk management and controls to preserve and enhance the firm's assets and its reputation. For every new product launched and every trade executed, it is Operations that develops and manages the processes and controls that enable business flow.

**Our Impact**

Client Onboarding Business Intelligence (BI) team leads initiatives in close partnership with multiple business unit teams across the Global Markets Division (GMD) to implement high quality BI solutions in order to meet business goals. Client Onboarding facilitates the front-to-back coordination and setup of client trading relationships within GMD including, but not limited to due diligence, supporting documentation, account opening and client configuration.

**How you will Fulfill the Requirement**
- Prepare to gain a comprehensive understanding of the trade lifecycle by interacting with the business, middle office, and engineering teams in order to work toward a shared goal
- Work in the team of developers/business analysts using the Agile project management methodology
- Leverage your innovative skills to identify ways to continually improve processes
- Mitigate risk for the firm and our clients by securely delivering data to stakeholders
- Partner with engineering teams to develop scalable business processes to support our clients
- Play one of the key roles for implementing data warehousing/ETL solutions in COB
- Implement end to end process using Automation/Digital Workflow solutions across COB Operations like Appian and/or other corporate platforms
- Development of BI solutions across COB Operations using capabilities such as Alteryx, SQL, Tableau, and R/Python
- Manage prioritization and stakeholder engagement to maximize delivery towards established business goals.

**Basic Qualifications**
- Analytical, self-motivated, detail-oriented with strong problem solving skills
- Ability to work within a high-risk environment and meet challenging deadlines and targets
- Ability to communicate clearly with end users, development managers and other stakeholders
- Proficient in db query languages such as SQL
- Proficient in prescriptive analytics using tools such as Alteryx or others
- Extensive experience with using multi-dimensional data modeling/data warehousing for data analytics and reporting

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Graduate or Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Math, or Engineering
- Experience in gathering and documenting requirements with full testing traceability
- Project implementation and design experience on Appian
- Appian Level 1 Certification
- T-SQL 70-761 or Similar Certification
- Create and maintain ETL processes using a vast array of tools
