The Sales Coordinator & Data Entry Billing Operator is responsible for accurately entering sales data, managing invoices, and coordinating sales activities. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in data entry and billing software.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry: Accurately enter sales data into the database, including customer information, transactions, and pricing.

Billing Operations: Process invoices accurately, ensuring correct pricing, quantities, and discounts.

Order Management: Manage and update sales orders, collaborating with the sales team to resolve any issues.

Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve billing concerns, and provide payment reminders.

Reporting and Analysis: Prepare sales reports, analyze billing data, and identify areas for improvement.

Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate sales records and ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

Sales Coordination: Assist with coordinating sales activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications and Skills:
College degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Accounting).

Experience in data entry and billing.

Proficiency in data entry and billing software.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Effective communication skills.

Analytical mindset.

Familiarity with sales processes.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Sales coordination experience (preferred).

Additional Information:
Salary Range: Within Rs 13,000 in hand per month.

Timings: 9 am to 6 pm (Monday to Saturday).

Schedule: Sunday working, with rotational off on weekdays.
