**We Are Hiring for Aquaculture Technician**

**Day Shift**

Key Responsibilities & Skills

1. System Setup and Maintenance: Assemble and maintain hatchery components, aeration systems, and water treatment components to ensure optimal system performance.

2. Water Quality Monitoring: Regularly test and record water parameters like pH, ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and dissolved oxygen to maintain suitable conditions for hatchery and nursery.

3. Broodstock Management: Follow the broodstock maintenance protocols and to develop healthy brooders.

4. Tilapia Care: Oversee feeding schedules, monitor fish health, and address signs of stress, disease, or malnutrition promptly.

5. Data Collection and Reporting: Record experimental data such as growth rates, feed conversion ratios, and prepare reports for internal research purposes.

6. Feed Preparation and Distribution: Prepare and distribute balanced diets for Tilapia to ensure optimal growth under experimental conditions for both hatchery, nursery and broodstock.

7. Sanitation and Hygiene: Maintain high standards of Biosecurity, Hygiene by cleaning tanks, tools, and equipment regularly.

8. Support Experimental Trials: Assist in conducting controlled experiments, including introducing new feed types, probiotics, or other variables.

9. Troubleshooting and Repairs: Identify and resolve technical issues in equipment or system operations to minimize disruptions.

10. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the entire team, provide feedback, and ensure timely updates on project progress.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
