**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategy Development**:
Lead the creation, implementation, and management of robust digital marketing strategies with a focus on PPC, display advertising, social media marketing, and programmatic advertising to drive business growth and improve ROI.

**Campaign Management**:
Take full ownership of PPC campaign management and optimization, ensuring high-performing, cost-effective campaigns that achieve critical KPIs and maximize ROI.

**Data Analysis**:
Utilize advanced data analysis tools to monitor real-time performance, deliver actionable insights, and continuously enhance campaign outcomes.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:
Work closely with creative, content, and product teams to ensure all marketing initiatives are aligned with broader business goals and brand strategy.

**Industry Trends**:
Stay at the forefront of emerging digital marketing trends and best practices, incorporating innovative approaches into campaign execution.

**Team Leadership**:
Lead and mentor a talented junior marketing team, fostering a culture of growth, innovation, and knowledge-sharing.

**Reporting**:
Provide clear, data-driven performance reports and strategic recommendations to key stakeholders and senior management.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record as a Senior Digital Marketer with substantial experience leading high-budget digital campaigns.
- Directly managed ad budgets ranging from ₹50 lakh to ₹1 crore monthly, with demonstrable performance marketing results.
- Expertise in using data-driven marketing and analytics tools to evaluate and optimize campaigns.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, collaborating effectively with dynamic teams.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
