Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced photographer to join our landscaping company. As our Associate Photographer, you will be responsible for capturing and producing high-quality photographs of our completed landscaping projects. You will work closely with our creative team to ensure that our photos meet our company's visual standards and effectively showcase our work to potential clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with the creative team to understand project requirements and develop a plan for capturing the desired photographs.
- Travel to project sites and capture high-quality photos of completed landscaping projects.
- Ensure that photographs accurately represent the landscaping work and showcase the features of each project.
- Use photo editing software to enhance and retouch images as needed.
- Organize and maintain a library of digital photos for use in marketing materials, social media, and the company website.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to determine the best use of photos in various marketing materials and campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with current trends and best practices in photography to continuously improve the quality of our photos.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a professional photographer, with a portfolio of landscape or architectural photography.
- Proficiency with photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom or Premium Pro.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to capture the essence of a landscaping project.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with creative and marketing teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must have own transportation and be willing to travel to project sites as needed.
- Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours when necessary to capture photos of completed projects.

Education and Training:
Bachelor's degree in photography, visual arts, or a related field is **preferred but not required.**

Formal training or certification in photography is a plus.

Physical Demands:
The role may require the ability to stand for extended periods, climb ladders, and carry equipment.

Work Environment:
The Landscape Photographer will work in a combination of indoor and outdoor environments, including project sites and office settings.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
