**Position: Student Relations Executive**

The Student Relations Executive focuses on maintaining a positive relationship with students, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their engagement throughout their learning journey.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Student Communication**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist students with inquiries.
- Regularly update students about course schedules, deadlines, and events.
- Address student concerns and provide timely resolutions.

**Engagement Activities**:

- Conduct surveys to gather feedback on courses and training.
- Organize student engagement activities, like Q&A sessions or webinars.

**Meetings Coordination**:

- Schedule and coordinate meetings between trainers and students.
- Ensure follow-ups and maintain meeting records.

**Student Record Management**:

- Maintain updated records of students' progress, attendance, and feedback.
- Ensure proper documentation of all student interactions.

**Support for Course Administration**:

- Assist students with enrollment, course material access, and general queries.
- Act as the primary point of contact for student-related issues.

**Desired Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities to multitask efficiently.
- Ability to empathize with students and resolve concerns diplomatically.
