**Job Title: Academic Counselor**
**Location: Hilite Business Park, Calicut**
**Job Type: Full-Time**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Counseling and Guidance**:
Provide personalized counseling to students and their families, helping them understand the various study abroad opportunities, university options, and courses available based on their interests, academic background, and career goals.

**Admission Process Management**:
**Client Relationship Management**:
**Program Knowledge**:
Stay informed about the latest trends in study abroad programs, university admissions requirements, and scholarship opportunities. Ensure that students are aware of all available programs that match their interests.

**Lead Generation and Conversion**:
**Collaboration with Internal Teams**:
Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align counseling efforts with marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and admissions strategies.

**Follow-up and Support**:
**Reporting and Documentation**:
**Skills and Qualifications**:
**Experience**:
Minimum 1 year of experience as an Admission Counselor or in a similar role. Experience in education consultancy or the study abroad industry is preferred.

**EdTech Experience (preferred)**:
**Communication Skills**:
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact with students, parents, and institutions professionally, ensuring clarity in all communications.

**Customer Service Orientation**:
A customer-first mindset with excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with students and parents.

**Problem-Solving Skills**:
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, solve complex issues, and provide clear, actionable guidance to students.

**Attention to Detail**:
**Tech-Savvy**:
**Educational Background**:
A bachelor’s degree in counseling, education, business, or a related field is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
