**Roles and Responsibility
**Job Description**:
L1 JD : 24/7 24/7 flexible to work, monitoring and analysis is first priority, no configuration is required for L1

(Certification mandatory), Certified Appdynamic, Dynatrace, Appnomic monitoring tools

Knowledge of performance management scripts, reading of code / method / stack

Banking Domain knowledge

Understanding of IT performance measurement key indicators and understanding of event correlation

Technical skills:
Technical script writing

Monitoring performance parameters

Knowledge of Application monitoring tools like Appdynamic, Dynatrace, Appnomic, Splunk etc.(Professional Certifications on Appdynamics and Dynatrace is a must)

Soft skill: Good Interpersonal communication & presentation skills
