**Role:Actuarial Role**

**Location: Noida**

**Work Shift:Rotational**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Check all work thoroughly so that rework is minimized, and quality standards are met
- Monitor progress of analysts to ensure that timelines are met
- Effectively manage the projects
- Provide regular feedback to analysts and groom them to be competent and independent
- Active participation in knowledge sharing / training / process improvement initiatives and participate in testing of new tools / processes and roll outs.

**What you need to have**:

- 5-10 years of **actuarial **and / or **analytics** experience
- At least 2 actuarial exams passed / exempted from **IFOA** or **IAI** or **SOA** or other society recognized by **IAA**:

- Knowledge of **Healthcare valuations** and / or **healthcare analytics** and / or **annuity** / **pension valuations** with strong **actuarial fundamentals**:

- Working knowledge of **actuarial valuation tools**:

- Strong MS Excel, VBA, **automation software** **(Python, R, SQL)** and** MS Wor**d skills Excellent communication and good coaching skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quality, timely and consistent results
