Acuity is currently looking for dedicated and motivated individuals who have strong leadership, organizational and teamwork skills for its Investment Banking team based in Gurgaon.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting our clients on multiple industries including Infrastructure, Metal & Mining, Oil & Gas, Energy Transition
- Preparing pitch books, Information memorandum (IMs), industry research, deals & peers screening, company profiles and company focused discussion documents related to various industries.
- Preparing financial analysis including trading/ transaction comparable, operational/ financial benchmarking, valuation analysis, etc.
- Meeting project timelines and quality of deliverables in a manner to ensure “high client satisfaction”
- Other responsibilities include:

- Scoping the new projects, structuring deliverables/new research products
- Producing high quality informative and visually appealing presentations and deck

Demonstrating strength and experience in client / requester relationship building and management, information / knowledge needs assessment.

**Key Competencies**:

- MBA/ CFA/ CA
- 2-3 years of experience in the Investment banking / Private Equity role
- Experience of working Investment banking projects, including:

- Pitch book / IM support and company profiles
- Macro-economic and industry overviews with experience working across various industries
- Detailed financial analysis
- Bespoke qualitative research
- Target identification, Trading and Transaction comps
- Benchmarking, Ratio analysis
