**About the Team**: The supply chain team take care of end-to-end management of HUBs, warehouse and logistics operations. Our strong presence across India with the help of our logistics partners help us to serve our customer better and meet their expectation every time. We at the SCM team deal in Merchandising, Warehousing, Refurbishment, Logistics, Online orders handling and Regional Warehousing. Overall, our Supply Chain Team plays a vital role in our organization's success by ensuring a seamless flow of products and services. By constantly striving for excellence and embracing innovation, they drive our supply chain forward, positioning us as a leader in the industry.

**About the Role**:Manages inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments and stock levels. Evaluates deliveries, shipments and product levels to improve inventory control procedures. Analyses daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages.

**Expectations & Requirements**:
1. Drive improvement projects by adopting techniques to help existing Warehouse operations and transportation operations

2. Have Strong ownership at all stages of operations and projects

3. Keep a strong focus on Inventory accuracy and reporting.

4. Pursue Inventory Audit, Cycle count aggressively to maintain inventory hygiene.

5. Closely Monitor and ensure Adherence to laid down SOPs

6. Ensure the internal and external resources are available to deliver Operational tasks

7. Monitor operational performance by developing key metrics and working towards improving those.

8. Work closely with the Product and Tech team both of Paytm and 3pl partners for development needs and enhancement requirements to deliver customer-focused, scalable, auditable, operations.

9. Collaborate with internal stakeholders across all related teams.

10. Support and manage critical relationships with external partners

11. Drive team to support and resolve operations and related issues during peak days and seasons.

12. Maintain consistent, effective, and open communication with the internal team and 3 pl towards improving those.

**Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role**:
1. Should have a clear understanding of supply chain & warehouse development.

2. Prior experience of working with cross-functional teams: Supply chain & logistics, warehouse.

3. Defining success criteria and tracking key supply chain metrics metrics

4. Take complete ownership of supply chain operations

**Education**:MBA Post Graduation ( Tier 1 preferred)
