**Responsibilities / Duties**
- Support Global Rewards Managers on variety of significant projects with initial focus on executive and/or sales compensation
- Provide analytical support and model compensation scenarios
- Research and assess market prevalence and trends regarding compensation design as needed
- Research and compile financial and compensation information from SEC filings such as peer company proxies and annual reports
- With guidance, evaluate job roles and provide input on appropriate mapping/band/grade.
- Provide support regarding recommendations for new hire and internal offer packages, including market pricing
- Participate in third party market compensation surveys
- Compile and process payments for quarterly sales incentive payouts
- Provide analytical support regarding ad hoc research and other related compensation projects
- Assist with the administration of the compensation planning processes including merit, bonus, and equity
- Support Rewards Managers and Leaders on preparing presentations and proposals
- Compile recurring reports and share with stakeholders
- Support sales plan production and distribution process
