In House Trainer

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver engaging and impactful training sessions to new hires and existing employees, ensuring alignment with Toyota standards and Chaudhari Toyota's service excellence goals.
- Design and develop training content, presentations, and modules tailored to sales, service, delivery, and customer care teams.
- Continuously update training materials to reflect the latest brand guidelines, customer feedback, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and customize learning interventions accordingly.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and on-the-floor performance reviews.
- Act as a mentor and coach to improve communication, customer handling, and problem-solving skills within the team.
- Maintain training records and provide regular reports on progress, outcomes, and improvement areas.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Trainer, preferably in the automotive, retail, or service sector.
- Must be **Toyota-certified** or willing to undergo certification as per company standards.
- Strong command over presentation tools (especially PowerPoint) and training content creation.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire, engage, and drive performance across teams.
- Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
