**Required Telecaller for Hospitality Services (THRONES: RESORT & BANQUETS)**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle all inbound and outbound calls related to restaurant reservations, banquet bookings, and event inquiries.
- Maintain professional telephone etiquette and deliver excellent guest service experience.
- Record and manage booking details accurately in the system.
- Provide complete information to guests regarding menus, packages, banquet facilities, and ongoing offers.
- Coordinate with the restaurant/banquet team to ensure smooth reservation management.
- Handle customer queries, special requests, and complaints with a service-oriented approach.
- Assist in upselling restaurant/event packages to potential clients.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong communication skills (Hindi & English; additional regional languages a plus).
- Pleasant and professional telephone voice.
- Knowledge of hospitality industry protocols (restaurants, banquets, events).
- Ability to multitask, manage schedules, and handle guest queries efficiently.
- Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving ability.

**Eligibility Criteria**
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospitality/restaurant/banquet reservations role.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, reservation software preferred).
- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
