**Experience**: Minimum 2 years in Vegetable Dehydration Industry

**Salary**: As per Interview

**Job Summary**:
Alliance Food Engineering specializes in setting up food processing projects, focusing on vegetable dehydration. We are looking for a Food Technologist to manage production and quality assurance at our dehydration plant.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and optimize vegetable dehydration processes.
- Ensure product quality and compliance with food safety standards.
- Manage and maintain dehydration equipment.
- Collaborate with teams to address issues and implement improvements.
- Maintain accurate production and QA documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in vegetable dehydration.
- Strong knowledge of dehydration techniques and quality control.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
