Solution Strategy Work closely with business stakeholders to understand product requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Define the technical strategy and roadmap to deliver solutions that are both innovative and robust.
Conduct code reviews to ensure the implementation follows architecture guidelines and best practices. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality assurance.
Ensure that all solutions are secure, compliant with industry standards, and follow best practices for data protection, encryption, and authentication.
Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, design specifications, and best practices for development teams.
Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends. Evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies to enhance system performance, scalability, and development efficiency.
Identify potential technical risks and mitigate them through design or process adjustments, ensuring the stability and security of the system.
Work closely with product managers, UX UI designers, and business analysts to ensure the solution meets user needs while maintaining technical feasibility.
Key Qualifications
Backend Expertise Java
Proficient in Java and associated frameworks like Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JPA.
Strong understanding of backend architecture, RESTful API design, and microservices architecture.
Experience with Java based development tools, including build systems like Maven and Gradle.
Deep experience with React js and modern JavaScript ES6
Experience with state management tools such as Redux or Context API.
Familiarity with component libraries Material UI, Ant Design and responsive design principles.
Mobile Development Flutter
Cloud Platforms & DevOps Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for cloud infrastructure and services. Knowledge of containerization Docker, orchestration Kubernetes, and CICD pipelines for efficient deployment.
Proficient in SQL and NoSQL databases, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
