Description:

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer (SQA) having 4-6 years of experience to develop & execute manual and automated tests to ensure product quality.
- REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND ABILITIES- Advanced knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Knowledge or Hands-on experience with automated testing tools like Selenium and having experience or knowledge on Cypress, Protractor or Perfecto mobile testing is added advantage.
- Knowledge on java OOPs concept.
- Basic Knowledge on database queries.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
- Be willing to help your teammates, share your knowledge with them, and learn from them.
- Be open to receiving constructive feedback and turning it into process improvements.
- Analyse data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skill

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILL SET
- Must have : Manual Testing, Mainframe Testing,
- Nice to have : Hands-on Experience on Automation Tools
- Experience : 4 to 6 years of experience in Manual Testing
- RESPONSIBILITIES- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
- Estimate, prioritize, and plan testing activities.
- Actively participate in team connects with Onshore and provide inputs.
- Identify test scenarios and develop manual test cases.
- Identify and track bugs to closure.
- Perform thorough UAT/Regression testing and exploratory testing.
- Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies.

EXPERIENCE
- 1 4 to 6 years of experience in Manual Testing
- 2 Experience and knowledge to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and internal and/or external customers.
- 3 Preferably working / worked in Mainframe Testing.
- SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- 1 Possess strong analytical skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent verbal, and written communication skills.-
