Linarc is seeking an experienced and driven Account Executive (AE) with a focus on managing the sales process from demo to close and overseeing SDRs. This role will play a critical part in our sales team by converting qualified leads into customers and ensuring smooth deal progression. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Take ownership of the full sales cycle from product demo to closing the
- Manage and mentor a team of SDRs, ensuring lead qualification, pipeline growth, and target
- Conduct product demonstrations, answer client questions, and align solutions to client
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, acting as the primary point of
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and ensure timely agreement
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure a seamless buyer
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems regarding client interactions and deal
- Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities within existing client

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- 7+ years of experience in a sales role,
- 3+ years as an account executive with a focus on closing deals in tech
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey product value to diverse
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract
- Leadership qualities with experience managing or mentoring
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and pipeline
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience in SaaS or construction tech
- Selling in the field services or construction industry experience is a
- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies
- Familiarity with data analytics tools or experience in selling complex
