**Job Summary**

As a Trade lifecycle Associate within JPMorgan Chase, you will manage a team of Specialists and Analysts to engage with customers and provide solutions. You will be accountable for achieving service metrics, financial goals, and employee satisfaction. Your role involves decision-making, process improvements, and ensuring compliance with risk guidelines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute business initiatives through open communication
- Make informed decisions using expertise and policies
- Identify and own process improvement opportunities
- Ensure adherence to policies and resolve escalations
- Manage team performance and motivate sustained results
- Demonstrate firm wide Manager Capabilities
- Track progress through feedback and self-evaluation
- Develop and deliver executive and external reporting
- Enhance department performance with increased authority
- Recommend solutions and implement process changes
- Partner with change management leadership as needed

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Have a minimum of 5 years in customer service or related function
- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate influencing skills effectively
- Utilize change management skills proficiently
- Prioritize tasks efficiently
- Analyze data to drive decisions
- Hold a High School diploma/GED
