Adreso is seeking a **Curation Associate** for an offbeat experiential tourism company based in Goa. If you have a knack for curating unique travel experiences and possess strong negotiation skills, we would love to hear from you

What We Are Looking For:

- Ability to maintain relationships with existing vendors and sign new vendors.
- Capability to implement completed curation tasks by handing them to operations systematically, involving the training department.
- Ability to scout new experiences and check feasibility to operate them as experiences or trails.
- Capability to keep track of negotiated deals, vendor details, and trail details in a systematic Excel sheet.
- Experience in negotiating deals with new and existing vendors to achieve desired cost and pricing.
- Proficiency in managing events and festival backend by supporting Operations and Sales.
- Expertise in finding bottlenecks in an experience and solving them by scouting for backup vendors.
- Ability to curate custom experiences for Sales and Social Media teams on request.
- Bachelors/Masters in Tourism or a related field.
- Strong negotiation, people, and networking skills.
- Backend planning and event management expertise.
- Proficiency in basics of Excel, PowerPoint, and drafting.
- Ability to drive/ride and have a vehicle of their own.
- Knowledge of costing analysis and people management.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
