**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to applicable accounting standards.
- Preparation of necessary documentation and explanations to facilitate a smooth statutory and internal audit.
- Perform regular reconciliations of accounts, identifying discrepancies, and assisting in their resolution to maintain the integrity of financial data.
- Contribute to the identification and implementation of process improvements within the finance function to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- Successful completion of CA Intermediate (both groups) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
- Completion of at least 12-18 months of articleship training with a reputed firm.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and auditing standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

- Availability for a full time commitment during the training period.
