**POSITION**: Supervisor - Operations

**JOB PURPOSE**: To lead a team of Field Service Executives responsible for successfully conducting the operational activities of the Ecom Digital Services

**MAJOR KEY RESULT AREAS**:
1. Attempt Slot Adherence

2. Lead Conversions - 1st Attempt.

3. Administration: Team Discipline & Motivation : Reporting ,Team Grooming ,Uniform, ID card

4. Performance Management: Daily briefing, performance review and team engagement

5. Self and team Integrity & behavior on field Cash/CoD deposit (Remit and deposit 100% of CoD collection the same day)

6. Hire & retain as per manpower plan

7. Responsible for meeting Client Operations SLA’s and compliance metrics.

8. Achieving Customer Satisfaction Scores

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
