**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales and Business Development**:
- Identify and target potential customers, including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide product information, demonstrations, and training to customers as needed.
- **Sales Operations**:
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective customers.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and market conditions.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- **Administrative Tasks**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging trends.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
