About GCV Life Private Limited
GCV life Pvt. Ltd. is a boutique investment banking firm with a track record of successful
deal closures in the healthcare industry. Investment banking intern will be responsible for
conducting deal-oriented market research across biotechnology, Pharmaceuticals, medical
devices, hospital & other emerging sectors in healthcare industry. This research will
contribute towards insight generation which will enable the firm to successfully identify
targets/prospects for existing mandates & also enable new business generation. If
required, the intern should be willing to travel to a couple of locations to gather field data.
The opportunity will also provide adequate exposure to various healthcare business
models.
Key responsibilities & duties
- Business research and extracting relevant data from various sources for generating

insights.
- Market research on innovative healthcare technology.
- Preparing Teaser / IM for presentation purpose.
- Perform valuation analysis via financial modelling and help to prepare internal

investment memos.
- Help support business development, sourcing of early stage companies.

Qualification

**Qualification / education**: Preferably post-graduation in business or healthcare related
sector. Professional qualification or certifications in finance are desirable.
Work experience and skills
- Preferably a couple of years of work experience in any sector in the healthcare

industry or alternatively experience involving sufficient exposure to business
finance.
- Excellent proficiency in excel.
- Ability to create succinct & meaningful PowerPoint presentations.
- Data analysis and insight generation.
- Learning attitude & self driven.
